VPS Hosting

I'm Checking out the VPS Windows hosting option with #Arvixe.

I use Azure as well. I need to maximise my #Windows #Azure hosting services coupled with the #WebSpark program offerings. Windows Azure is a great platform. I'm equally excited about my VPS because its going to be hosted on Windows Server 2012. I have plans to leverage cloud services from the Windows Server with my #Azure account.

I sometimes get a feeling that Microsoft may be biting into the profits of the hosting companies providing custom VPS / Dedicated server hosting options. As Azure gains momentum, more and more hosting companies, especially with the VPS/ dedicated server segment offerings will start taking a hit.. Lets wait and watch. Azure Rocks , so does Windows VPS hosting !!

LAMP to MAMP

Long ago in 2007 I had started devving on the LAMP stack, Now it's the MAMP stack !!. Although I don't want to be running a Mac OS Server for production version of the web apps, I can still compliment it with a Linux server.. Its Simplez !! 😉
More than anything else, Ive made a nice development environment on my MBP..
MAMP.info is a great place to start..
