Germany's investment into green energy is staggeringly huge, huger than china and the U.S which puts it at the numero uno position. Germany gets the same sunlight as Alaska as a fact!!. More here.

Shale Gas - An alternative to Renewable ?
Shale Gas is natural gas produced from shale.(a type of rock). Analysts predict that Shale Gas has the potential to greatly expand worldwide energy supply.
